Important warnings
- Hypotension and bradycardia — monitor blood pressure and heart rate
- Do not stop abruptly — taper to avoid rebound hypertension

Often used adjunctively with stimulants. Sometimes used in adults off-label, especially when comorbid anxiety or tics.
